🔄 Return Policy

We want you to love your Smocked pieces — but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:


⏳ 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Size exchanges (please review our size chart before ordering)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

  • Items returned after 30 days


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@smocked.store with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions and the shipping address.


🧵 Quality Issues or Damaged Items?

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
